
The lakeside state of Michigan has the world’s longest freshwater shoreline and is home to the country’s auto industry in Detroit. The Chrysler Museum in Southfield is a piece of heaven for rev heads. Car enthusiasts will drool at the perfectly preserved kings of the road.
The Tahquamenon Falls State Park has picture perfect lake views with the magnificent waterfall taking centre stage. Located near Lake Superior in Upper Peninsula.
In downtown Detroit is the Renaissance Center, home to the GM Museum together with a world of entertainment and history.
Oktoberfest comes to the ‘Bavarian’ town of Frankenmuth right here in Michigan. Don’t forget your lederhosen and your appetite when you visit this quant piece of ‘Germany’.
